La Fortuna Rosa: free run and walk on October 17

A day for awareness and hope
The first La Fortuna Rosa event invites participants to walk and run in support of breast cancer awareness. The event is organized by the La Fortuna community development association, ADIFORT.
Date, start and routes
The announced date is Saturday, October 17, at 6:00 a.m. The start and finish are at CIGA, ADIFORT’s Centro Integral Generacional. Participation is free. Options include a short 4 km run and walk and a longer 10 km run.
Registration
According to the announcement, registration closes October 12. The first 150 registered participants will receive a T-shirt. Find the registration form in ADIFORT’s post and check with the organizer for remaining availability.
Other activities
The announced program includes Zumba, yoga, breakfast sales, a self-care talk, recognition of survivors and raffles.
